Integrated Community Supports ICS  


Integrated Community Supports (ICS) is a DHS service that provides supportive services including to adults ages 18 and older who reside in a provider-controlled ICS setting. ICS services include community participation, health safety and wellness, household management, and adaptative skills. ICS services cover training and supports to meet the persons individualized needs and goals, while ensuring that all tools and metrics used are person centered. We believe in the power of the individual to make decisions and guide the services and care they want to receive.

The Central ICS Site

GTCC is excited to accept Integrated Community Supports in the beautiful The Central Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The Central neighborhood of Minneapolis lies about three miles due south of the city center. Bordered on the west by I-35, the Central area provides its residents with a convenient location and easy access to the amenities of the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul region.
